Personal data protection notice
This notice explains how AI Native Lab collects, uses and stores the personal data of people who send requests through the website, under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
1.Data collected
- Name, position, email address and phone number of the contact person.
- Organization name, type of organization, programs of interest, expected scale and request details, as entered by the sender.
- The website uses no tracking cookies and collects no behavioral data.
2.Purposes of processing
- Getting back in touch to advise, survey needs and prepare a proposal and quotation for the request sent.
- Keeping the correspondence on file to prepare a contract if the parties proceed to cooperate.
- No advertising use and no transfer to third parties other than the email and storage infrastructure providers serving the purposes above.
3.Retention period
- Data from requests that do not lead to cooperation is deleted 12 months after the last contact.
- Data tied to a contract is kept for the periods required by accounting and archiving law.
4.Rights of the data subject
- Senders may ask to view, correct or delete their data, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting AI Native Lab at the details at the bottom of the page.
- Requests are answered within the statutory period.
